Onkyo TX-RZ Series Control Spec

Summary

Control spec for Onkyo TX-RZ Series AV receivers, using Onkyo's Integra Serial Control Protocol (ISCP v1.15) over RS-232C (3-wire, 9600 baud) and eISCP over Ethernet (TCP, default port 60128).
