Integra DTX-8.9 RS-232 / IP control commands

Summary

Integra DTX-8.9 / DTR-8.9 AV receiver controlled via the Integra Serial Communication Protocol (ISCP). Source documents two transports: RS-232C (3-wire, 9600 baud, 8N1, no flow control) and eISCP over TCP/IP (default port 60128, configurable 49152–65535).
