Summary

HiSense Prosumer TV (used here for 65U78K Series) exposes two parallel control surfaces: discrete IR (NEC/RC5-style Pronto CCF codes) and wired RS-232 (DB9 female, 9600 8N1, ASCII framing with 8-bit checksum).
